Responsibilities

• Lead individually consulting on all group investments and directly reporting to the Company shareholders
• Undertaking in-depth financial statement analysis
• Managing funds / portfolios investing in Equities
• Analyzing and identifying securities for investments
• Creating portfolios and monitoring performances
• Providing ideas for new product launches
• Conducting analyst’s meetings with the management of portfolio companies
• Assessing investment opportunities including business plans, assumptions and management capabilities
• Advising on the structuring of transactions
• Ability to solicit transactions
• Producing investment reports for both investment opportunities as well as portfolio companies
