Job summary

athGADLANG is seeking an investment banking finance professional in Riyadh to support transaction analysis, valuations, profitability reporting and strategic finance activities. The role involves preparing financial reporting, month-end closes, and building financial models for valuation and forecasting.

You will work with investment, risk, treasury and compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, professional certification preferred where applicable.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting, FP&A and/or financial modeling.
• Experience in banking or financial services with direct exposure to the functional area.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of banking governance, controls, risk and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reporting and accounting deliverables for investment banking activities.
• Perform month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and financial analysis.
• Build and review financial models for valuation, transaction structuring, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Analyze transaction profitability, fee income, deal costs and capital requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare management and transaction reporting packs with clear financial insights.
• Work closely with investment, risk, treasury, compliance and business teams.
• Ensure robust financial controls, documentation and reporting accuracy.
