Egisgroup is seeking an Investment and Business Development Director to spearhead sustainable urban development investments, identifying opportunities, attracting funding, and guiding deal formation. You will lead a team, conduct market research, perform due diligence, and structure deals to support portfolio growth.

You will ensure compliance and timely reporting while engaging investors and partners, leveraging strong English and Arabic communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and project finance structures.
• Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing investment deals, preferably in infrastructure or real estate.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in financial modeling; familiarity with investment analysis software is a plus.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic - reading and writing.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for project development.

Due Diligence

Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial, legal, and technical assessments, to mitigate risks and ensure investment viability.

Deal Structuring

Lead negotiations and structuring of investment deals, including equity investments, debt financing, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

Compliance and Reporting
