Job summary

Sharaf DG is seeking an Inventory Executive to manage daily stock, ensure accurate records, and support store operations in Riyadh. You will verify receipts, validate GRNs with LPOs and invoices, and report discrepancies.

The role requires 1–5 years in inventory/warehouse management, experience with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. Graduate preference, with attention to detail and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management.
• ERP and MS Excel proficiency.
• Graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day inventory responsibilities and support the inventory team leader.
• Receive stocks, materials, equipment or merchandise and maintain records of quantity and value.
• Create and validate GRNs with LPOs and invoices.
• Review suppliers’ invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain stock room and ensure proper storage of goods.
• Ensure display items are authorized and reflected on POS.
• Update inventory logs and SNP reports; conduct PI counts.
• Count, sort and verify incoming merchandise against requisitions/invoices.
• Adhere to store checklists and policies (discount, opening/closing).
