Job summary

Ecojob is seeking an Inventory Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to oversee end-to-end inventory control on a contract basis. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills and collaboration with purchasing, sales, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory management or similar roles.
• Experience with Indian suppliers preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and production to forecast inventory needs.
• Analyze data to identify sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of all goods.
• Manage movement of inventory between warehouses and stores.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and replenishment terms.
• Train and supervise a team of inventory clerks to ensure accuracy.
