Job summary

India Abroad Publications Inc. in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to optimize stock levels, procurement, and storage on a contractual basis with visa sponsorship.

You will lead inventory planning, analyze data to forecast demand, coordinate with suppliers, and supervise staff to ensure accurate records and cost-efficient operations within our Saudi operations. The role requires strong English communication and a background in analytics; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management.
• Proven track record of managing large inventories.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Experience working with procurement procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and storage.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stock shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate terms and pricing for procurement of goods.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Train and supervise a team of inventory staff members.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with sales and finance to develop inventory plans based on business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
