Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support daily warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia. You will handle inbound and outbound materials, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, processing stock moves, picking and packing orders, and coordinating with carriers. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics training is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory records.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 kg regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Basic safety procedures and forklift operation knowledge; certification optional.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Process and record stock movements in the warehouse management system.
• Pick items from inventory to fulfill internal and external orders.
• Pack orders securely for shipment, adhering to company standards.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers.
• Organize and label storage locations to optimize space utilization.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment.
