Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience in inventory management, business analysis, operational reporting, or supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and business reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Planning & Analysis: Maintain optimal inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; analyze trends and turnover; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and working capital.
• Business & Financial Analysis: Support inventory-related financial reporting, valuation, provisions, adjustments; perform variance analysis against budget and forecast; provide insights to management.
• Reporting & KPI Management: Prepare and maintain inventory, operational, and business performance reports; monitor KPIs like inventory value, ITO, accuracy, aging, E&O; develop dashboards and management reports.
• Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support: Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, automation, and processes; collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service; support planning and forecasting.
