KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Track all pending inventory transactions between the warehouse and other locations on daily basis and ensure the fulfillment and receipt of the goods in transit within the set timeline of 48 hours only.
  • Transactions as sales orders SO, return authorizations RA, purchase orders PO, vendor returns VR, and transfer orders TO.
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics department to clear all inventory transfer orders discrepancies within 48 hours with proper trail mail communication and investigation (discrepancies between items fulfilled and items received).
  • Verify all damaged inventory reported and transfer it through Inventory Transfer transaction to the damaged location for year-end write-off or to repairable location, if it can be repaired.
  • Review, verify and report expired or near expiry items to direct managers, to transfer the same to expired location for immediate liquidation solutions.
  • Perform daily cycle count for at least 30 to 50 SKUs to maintain healthy and accurate stock level (Physical vs. System).
  • Reconcile the daily stock on hand of the WMS system with the ERP system to ensure proper integration is in place, and report any discrepancy or integration error to the inventory department head.
  • Report any mistreatment of stock on hand in terms of storage condition and temperature, packaging or hygiene and health conditions.
  • Ensure no inventory is kept misplaced or unallocated properly in its designated location in the warehouse, matching with the system location.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to solve sales returns and delivery issues within 48 hours.
  • Prepare various inventory reports on daily, weekly or monthly basis, as requested by direct managers.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties, which are work-related as assigned.
