Job summary

Flip retail in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Supply Chain operative to perform physical counts, ensure inventory settlement and provide daily reports on stock on hand, shipments and receipts. You will ensure the interface between MEA S&D and SAP, implement FEFO, and monitor proper rotation of goods and returns.

You will record abnormalities, segregate QA rejections, and coordinate with the Storehouse team on special stock related to promos and shipments.

Qualifications

FMCG experience is preferred.
Food production background is an advantage.
Degree in Commerce, Finance or Technical studies.
Broad planning and cross-functional understanding.
Good English (spoken and written) is essential.

Responsibilities

Perform physical count and ensure correct inventory settlement and coverage.
Issue daily reports on Supply on Hand, Shipments and Receipts of items.
Ensure correct interface between MEA S&D and SAP; apply FEFO and allocation rules.
Monitor rotation of goods, rejects, returns to distributors with proper documentation.
Enter KPI details daily and report irregular fluctuations to supervisor.
Liaise with Storehouse, Sales Planner, Fleet Coordinator and Purchase Supervisors for deliveries to DC/Stockists/Customers/Plants.
Maintain and release records for POS/Racks/RC accurately and on schedule.
