Job summary

ConFlip in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee the inventory operations of our logistics company. You will develop procedures, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in inventory control and experience with SAP or Oracle in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a logistics setting.
• Knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management procedures to ensure efficient and accurate tracking of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to minimize stock shortages or overstocking
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective purchase of materials
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Analyze data and generate reports on inventory performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of goods
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to inventory delivery or quality
• Train and supervise inventory staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
