Job summary

SYSTRA in Saudi Arabia is seeking an interface staff (Technical) to join our team as a Saudi National. You will facilitate communication and coordination with external stakeholders and industry partners to support project objectives, especially in rail and transit projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related engineering, and at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in rail or transit development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of professional experience within a rail or transit development environment.
• Experience supporting major rail, metro, transit, or transportation infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and coordination with external stakeholders and industry partners to support project objectives and stakeholder alignment.
• Support engagement with government authorities, including the Ministry of Transport, on matters related to transportation infrastructure and public transportation development.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to address emerging issues and support successful project outcomes.
• Support community engagement initiatives and assist in enhancing the project's public image through proactive stakeholder communication and expectation management.
• Prepare stakeholder reports, meeting records, presentations, and coordination documents as required.
• Support the resolution of stakeholder concerns, conflicts, and project-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
