Job summary

Savills Group is seeking a seasoned Planner to develop and maintain integrated project programmes for major construction projects in the KSA. You will analyze progress, forecast schedules, manage interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and produce executive dashboards and look-ahead schedules.

The role requires 7+ years in planning, strong CPM and earned value knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years planning and scheduling on major construction or infrastructure projects (KSA/GCC preferred).
• Advanced Primavera P6 capability including baselines and resource/cost loading.
• Strong understanding of CPM, progress measurement, delay and TIA, earned value.
• Executive dashboards; Power BI experience advantageous.
• PMI-SP / PMP or AACE PSP certification advantageous.
• Excellent English communication and strong stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and interrogate the integrated project programme with reliable progress measurement.
• Support proactive decision-making by identifying critical-path issues and recovery actions.
• Review contractor baselines; ensure logic, sequencing, calendars and compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly schedule reports, dashboards, S-curves and forecasts.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain schedule narratives, change logs and auditable records.
• Support earned value analysis and cash-flow forecasting; align with cost/resource data.
• Lead planning workshops and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
