Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to strengthen integrated management systems across compliance, quality, and operations. You will oversee safety reporting, audits, and governance to ensure timely regulatory notifications and accurate records.

With 5+ years in aviation QA or safety, you will bring hands-on iQSMS experience, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aviation quality assurance or an airline safety department.
• Relevant Safety Management System training is required.
• Hands-on experience with iQSMS or similar aviation safety systems.
• Strong audit coordination and reporting discipline.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated management systems across compliance, quality assurance, and operational oversight.
• Support regulatory reporting, governance, and consistent operational standards.
• Maintain safety reporting processes (mandatory, voluntary, confidential, anonymous).
• Coordinate internal and external audits; help prepare audit programs and maintain conformance with standards.
• Oversee iQSMS administration, user access governance, and dashboards/reports for quality forums.
• Support Third Country Operator (TCO) approvals and LOSA program coordination.
• Collaborate with QA teams and external partners to ensure seamless oversight.
