Job summary

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company Limited (NGHC) seeks an Instrument Maintenance Planner to base in the NEOM region. You will plan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinating with operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams, and allocate resources to ensure reliability.

You will report maintenance KPIs and oversee progress, with on-call support during plant emergencies and close collaboration with subcontractors to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Instrument Engineering or equivalent.
• 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in routine maintenance planning and scheduling within petrochemical, fertilizer, or oil and gas industries.

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed maintenance schedules using SAP S/4HANA and MS Project.
• Defining work breakdown structures.
• Identifying and allocating manpower and spares.
• Providing on-call support during plant emergencies.
• Generating progress reports.
• Monitoring subcontractor performance.
