Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Engineer for a reputed Oil & Gas Company. The role requires strong skills in RCM, FMEA/FMECA, reliability engineering, instrumentation and control systems including SIS.

Candidate should have experience with DCS/PLC, control valves, field instrumentation and calibration, and knowledge of IEC 61511 and ISA standards for SIL studies and functional safety. Experience in RCM/FMEA/HAZOP/RCFA workshops and ability to develop and validate PM, PdM, CBM and proof

Qualifications

• 8+ Years of experience in Instrumentation/ controls engineering within Oil & Gas or related industries.
• Experience with RCM/FMEA/HAZOP/RCFA workshops and SIL studies.
• Knowledge of IEC 61511, ISA standards, and functional safety.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RCM/FMEA/HAZOP/RCFA workshops.
• Develop and validate PM, PdM, CBM, proof testing and calibration strategies.
• Work with DCS/PLC, control valves, field instrumentation and calibration activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and instrumentation standards in Oil & Gas facilities.

• SAP PM familiarity preferred
