Job summary

Saudi Aramco - SMP in Dhahran seeks an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) with 3–5 years of experience to shape corporate learning initiatives. You will leverage ADDIE/SAM models, design interactive content, and drive program development and evaluation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires collaboration, strong communication, and independent project management. A related bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM
• Experience in program evaluation methodologies
• Hands-on proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
• Ability to design and develop interactive learning content
• Experience in project management and handling projects independently
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• CPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, Instructional Design certifications, or a Master's degree are preferred
