Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Inspector - Architectural to join our dedicated team. You will conduct thorough inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and specifications across projects in the Kingdom.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, material quality assessments, and detailed reporting. You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in architectural inspection or construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction methods, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications effectively.
• Proficiency in inspection tools and related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Certification in construction inspection or related field is a plus.
