Job summary

DTEX is seeking an Insider Threat Analyst to join our on-site team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role combines independent work with teamwork to complete deliverables within project plans and to satisfy customers with clear analytical insights.

You will analyze customer activity data, develop use cases, and prepare reports with data visualizations. Strong communication skills and experience in UEBA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify threat-related events, behaviors, and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to determine areas of interest for investigation.
• Prepare and deliver reports with metrics and visualizations to communicate discoveries.
• Develop recommendations to address threats and promote a secure environment.
• Establish trust with clients by maintaining privacy and objectivity.
• Enhance profiles and develop new use cases and algorithms for intelligence packages.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support and coordinate with engineering for Tier 3 support.
• Provide feedback to engineering and report bugs to improve the service.
