Job summary

DTEX is seeking an Insider Threat Analyst to join on-site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role combines independent work with team collaboration to deliver timely, customer-focused security insights.

You will analyze customer activity data to detect threat patterns, prepare reports with metrics, and develop use cases and algorithms for intelligence releases. Strong BI/data analytics background and UEBA knowledge are essential for communicating findings to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI, operations, or analytics, with security investigations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex multivariate problems with a systematic approach.
• Experience using Excel/Power BI, Tableau, SQL databases and search tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting to management.
• UEBA concepts and anomaly detection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify threat-related events and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to determine areas of focus for investigations.
• Prepare reports with metrics and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Develop recommendations to remediate threats and promote secure environments.
• Maintain privacy and trust in interactions with customers and their data.
• Update profiles and develop new use cases and algorithms for intelligence releases.
• Provide Tier 1-2 support and coordinate with engineering for Tier 3 support.
• Provide feedback to engineering and report issues encountered in the field.
