Job summary

GEHC in Riyadh is seeking an Early Career Trainee - Inside Sales to grow the Service Product Portfolio through prospecting, quoting, and closing new business, while building long-term customer relationships.

You will contact hospitals, clinics, biomedical departments, and physician offices by email and phone to sell GEHC services and service products, meet quotas, and collaborate with field service engineers and product managers to identify growth opportunities and drive market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma required.
• Fluency in reading and writing English and Arabic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with external customers.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned service product portfolio to meet revenue targets via calls and emails.
• Implement proactive call schedule to increase sales growth and productivity.
• Prioritize selling time to build a balanced funnel of prospects and drive market share growth.
• Maintain knowledge of account history, contacts, and long-term purchase plans.
• Track outcomes and opportunities through CRM tools.
• Act as primary salesperson for tactical opportunities, negotiate and close orders.
• Support field service engineers and service sales in pursuing strategic offerings.
• Collaborate with product managers to identify growth opportunities and campaigns.
• Prepare proposals and follow up contracts; support digital growth initiatives.
• Assist logistics and commercial operations to enhance quoting response times.
