Job summary

Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Inside Sales Graduate to connect customers with innovative solutions that support a more sustainable future. You will work with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently, gaining exposure to sales processes, technical products, and customer needs from day one.

• Saudi national with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Interest in technical sales, customer support, and commercial activities within an engineering environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.

• Proactive approach with customers through direct and digital channels to identify needs and recommend solutions that create value.

• Follow up on opportunities, orders, and project updates to ensure timely communication and successful order execution.
