About the Role

Are you ready to lead transformative land development projects that shape the future of urban living in Saudi Arabia? We’re looking for a visionary Land Development Director to spearhead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex master planning and infrastructure initiatives across the Kingdom.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive strategy, win work, and ensure technical excellence from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale land development projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee all master planning phases including CMP, DMP, and infrastructure design.
  • Integrate wet and dry utilities with transport, environmental, and architectural disciplines.
  • Champion sustainable transport planning strategies that enhance mobility and connectivity.
  • Develop and execute winning bids, engage clients, and shape compelling proposals.
  • Grow the land development portfolio through strategic business development.
  • Manage high-performing project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, steering committees, and industry events.
Candidate Specifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; Chartered status is a plus.
  • Proven success in delivering master planned communities and infrastructure packages.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wet and dry utility design and integration.
  • Experience in both design and supervision of land development projects.
  • Expertise in transport planning, traffic impact assessments, and multimodal strategies.
  • Track record in work winning, bid leadership, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to lead remote teams and work across diverse cultures.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred; GCC experience required.
  • Deep understanding of authority requirements and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Saudi regulatory frameworks and development authorities.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary consultancy environments.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing junior talent.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and compliance with all applicable laws.
