Job summary

STC is seeking a junior engineer to assist in the design and development of circuits, systems, servers and data infrastructure, applying standard procedures to support design decisions. The role involves compiling statistics to inform design choices and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Key tasks include testing of simple circuits, maintenance of existing systems, and supporting deployment of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science is required.
0-2 years of experience in circuits, systems or telecom design is expected.
Foundational understanding of architecture and data management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Perform defined tests on simple circuits, systems and equipment as per guidelines.
Maintain and repair existing systems and equipment under supervision.
Analyze statistics on design systems performance to support decision making.
Ensure adherence to guidelines during deployment and IT infrastructure operations.
Deploy infrastructure and applications required for day-to-day operations.
Gather requirements from various sectors to meet timely needs.
Ensure specifications align with enterprise architecture design.
Assist in license utilization tracking and asset governance.
Support database tuning and maintenance with application owners.
Maintain accurate records and reports; update databases and vendor data.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality standards.
