Job summary

Smart Technology Solutions in Jeddah seeks a Network/IT Infrastructure Engineer to implement and configure network infrastructure, including switches, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. You will participate in site surveys and ensure documentation is up-to-date for handover.

The role requires 0–2 years of experience, a relevant engineering degree, and knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and basic firewall concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
0-2 years of experience in Network / IT Infrastructure Projects.
Strong knowledge of VLANs, Switching and basic Routing.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure network infrastructure components and related systems.
Perform network configuration including VLANs, IP addressing, routing, switching, and basic firewall setups.
Participate in site surveys and review project requirements, drawings and BOQs.
Coordinate installation activities with vendors and project teams.
Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues during project implementation.
Support integration of CCTV, Access Control, IP Telephony, Wi-Fi and other ELV/ICT systems.
Perform testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams.
