Job summary

PwC Middle East seeks a Senior Manager for Infrastructure Finance in Riyadh. You will lead advisory mandates, oversee feasibility studies, and develop procurement strategies for large capital projects across power, utilities, and transport.

The role requires 10–15 years’ experience, a business or engineering background, and strong financial analysis skills. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure advisory or project financing.
• Experience with DB, EPC, DBFO contracts.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory mandates on infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies and market analysis.
• Develop procurement strategies and evaluating options for large-scale capital projects.
• Structure complex commercial contracts and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Advise on project governance, risk assessment, and project management frameworks.
• Support bid development and procurement processes, including bid evaluation.
• Provide implementation advice through design and construction phases.
• Drive business development initiatives and respond to RFPs across the region.
• Mentor and coach junior team members; collaborate with senior leadership.
