Job summary

PwC Middle East seeks an experienced Manager to lead infrastructure projects within Deals and Infrastructure Finance, delivering value from strategy to execution. You will structure deals, arrange private-sector financing, supervise multidisciplinary teams, coach juniors, and manage key client relationships while contributing to PwC’s market profile.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, strong financial modelling, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law or related discipline; MBA or professional designation (CFA, CPA) is an asset.
Strong financial and Excel modeling skills.
Experience in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and their financing structures.

Responsibilities

Scoping and developing infrastructure projects and implementing procurement processes.
Structuring deals and arranging finance for private sector participation, negotiating through to financial close.
Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including legal, financial, and technical experts.
Leading bid evaluation and providing implementation advice through design and construction phases.
Coaching and developing junior team members while managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
