Job summary

Nesma & Partners seeks an experienced Design Manager - Infrastructure to direct planning, coordination, and management of engineering processes across its infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. 8+ years total experience, with 3+ years in managerial roles.
Strong proficiency in project management, quality control, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Fluent professional English with strong stakeholder engagement and alignment skills.

Responsibilities

Strategic and engineering management across the full project life cycle.
Lead, develop, and mentor the Engineering department, setting objectives and driving talent development.
Own the engineering life cycle: scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, with financial monitoring.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, cross-functional teams, and subcontractors to align with timelines and specs.
Ensure ISO procedures, perform quality checks, promote QHSE, and sustainability.
Identify opportunities for process and productivity improvements through risk management.
