Job Summary:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, etc.) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including managerial roles.

Experience in multi-entity / holding group structure is highly preferred.

Develop and implement a group-wide IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across all entities.

Standardize systems and processes where applicable across subsidiaries.

Advise management on IT risks, investments, and opportunities.

• Infrastructure & Operations Management:
• Oversee all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud systems.
• Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage IT support services including helpdesk and incident management.
• Supervise IT vendors and outsourced services.
• Systems & Applications Management:
• Manage ERP systems and business applications across multiple business lines.
• Ensure integration and data consistency across group systems.
• Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Support business units in selecting appropriate technology solutions.
• Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
• Develop and enforce information security policies and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response planning.
• Ensure protection of company data and digital assets.
• Maintain cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across the group.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through analytics tools.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget for the group.
• Optimize IT costs while maintaining service quality.
• Manage procurement of IT systems, licenses, and services.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
