Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an IT Client Administrator to handle IT support, administration of business client applications, and ensure IT security compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, experience in IT helpdesk software, and strong communication skills. This position requires on-site assistance and the ability to travel to various locations in KSA, ensuring effective technology support for staff and maintaining systems security.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Office 365 applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creation of informative support tickets and follow-up via a ticket system.

Job description
  • Creation of informative support tickets and their follow-up via a ticket system
  • Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, Windows User Management / Windows PCs Client support / Office 365
  • General 2nd level support for internal end customers (client environment) IT product evaluation and IT selection
  • Providing IT assistance to office staff, site staff, visitors, and others
  • Communication with employees and, in the future, also with customers
IT Client Administration
  • Administration and further development of the supported business client applications, e.g. Microsoft 365 and Intune, etc.
  • Technical analysis, evaluation and optimisation of IT architectures and IT core processes
  • Updating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems as per Fichtner IT plan.
  • Support in the documentation of solution procedures
  • Software management and software installation as well as handover of software projects to the specialist department
  • Ensure that Printers and network is functioning.
IT Security
  • Implement Fichtner IT policy, standards, and system security requirements as specified by Fichtner Germany
  • Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
  • Training end-users on hardware functionality, Applications, and software programs.
  • Resolving logged errors in a timely manner and documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Ensure internet and WIFI are secure in the office and site and that the appropriate speed is available.
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
  • Support in purchasing of hardware (computer, printer, phones, and others) and installing windows applications related to users’ work requirements
  • Monitoring, Installation & Configuration of Fingerprint System Software (Biometrics).
  • Monitoring, Installation NVR, and Access to CCTV cameras.
  • Provide semi-annual reports on technological advancements and trends in IT support.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

1 year of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.

Knowledge of Networking fundamentals and Cyber Security.

Cloud Computing and Enterprise Resource Planning (Client Support only).

Experience with Office 365 applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A+ is a plus

Ready to go to the respective locations in KSA and cyclical visits to headquarters in Stuttgart

Optional and Advantages Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Active Directory).
