Job summary

Client of Taj HR is seeking qualified Industrial Vocational Training Instructors TT1 to join a Saudi government-backed Vocational Technical Institute project in KSA. You will deliver technical training through classroom and workshop sessions, ensuring learning outcomes and maintaining high standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Engineering qualification with 3+ years of training experience and 5+ years in Oil & Gas or related industries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Engineering qualification in relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of training or instructional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, or related fields.
• Competency-based assessments such as NVQ, A1, V1, D32 or D33 are preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training courses via classroom and workshop sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, schedules, and practical activities.
• Apply effective teaching methods to achieve learning objectives.
• Manage the training environment for safe, effective delivery.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain training records and assessments.
• Ensure training equipment and materials are available.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and delivery skills.
• Support program improvements while upholding safety standards.
