Eram Talent in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer - Instrumentation to design, deliver and continually improve training programs for instrumentation engineering and technology.

The role requires extensive industry experience, strong English communication, and the ability to assess competency and drive training quality in Oil & Gas/EPC contexts within GCC.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in training roles.
• Background in Oil & Gas or EPC industries; GCC experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• A1/V1 or D32/D33 vocational assessment qualifications preferred.

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs related to instrumentation systems, including installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with effective communication and instructional skills to ensure trainees gain the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs in instrumentation for students and professionals
• Develop and update training materials aligned with industry standards
• Conduct competency-based assessments and evaluate trainee performance
