We are seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team on a contract basis in Riyadh

As our Baker you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as breads pastries and cakes for our customers

Your main duties will include mixing ingredients according to recipes baking and decorating various goods and ensuring quality and consistency in all products

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting


• Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines


• Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality baked goods


• Excellent communication skills in English


• Must be willing to relocate to Riyadh and have a valid visa for employment

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs batters fillings icings and other ingredients according to established recipes


• Operate ovens mixers scales and other baking equipment with precision


• Monitor the baking process and make adjustments as needed for optimal results


• Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques such as piping glazing or applying toppings

• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
