Afaq Q Tech General Trading in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Inbound Operations Program Manager II to own end-to-end FBA inbound operations for the KSA marketplace. You will manage seller appointments, drop-offs, receiving and stow across multiple Fulfillment Centers while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, capacity planning, and peak-event readiness.

Formación

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full FBA inbound lifecycle for KSA.
• Develop forecasting models and capacity plans with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead peak event planning and capacity modeling with leadership reporting.
• Influence senior stakeholders across supply chain, fulfillment, tech, and business teams without direct authority.
• Drive process improvements including site launches, defect reduction, and throughput efficiency.
• Establish scalable metrics and processes to shift to predictive management.
