Job summary

Aerviva, in partnership with BBN Airlines, seeks experienced Airbus A320 Captains to command with confidence and lead with excellence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Base options include Riyadh and Jeddah, with a focus on professionalism, leadership, and operational precision.

Candidates must hold an ATPL (ICAO or EASA) with an A320 family type rating and a Class 1 Medical Certificate, plus English ICAO Level 4 or higher, and meet stringent flight-hour thresholds before selection.

Qualifications

• ATPL (ICAO or EASA) validation is required.
• A320 Family Type Rating (A319/A320/A321) is required.
• Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
• English ICAO Level 4 or above is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Captain and command with confidence.
• Participate in technical and HR interviews and selection steps.
• Simulator assessment conducted in Istanbul or Sharjah.
• Operate from Riyadh and/or Jeddah as base locations.

Job description

Aerviva, in partnership with BBN Airlines, is seeking experienced and safety driven Airbus A320 Captains ready to command with confidence and lead with excellence. Take your seat in the cockpit and become part of a growing operation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where professionalism, leadership, and operational precision define every flight.

Core Requirements:

• Valid ICAO or EASA ATPL (subject to authority validation)
• Valid Airbus A320 Family Type Rating (A319/A320/A321)
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• English ICAO Level 4 or above

Flight Experience:

• Minimum 5,000 total flight hours
• Minimum 3,000 hours as PIC on jet aircraft
• Minimum 500 PIC hours on Airbus A320 Family
• Minimum 100 hours on type within the last 6 months

Selection Process:

• Technical and HR interview
• Psychometric evaluation
• Simulator assessment in Istanbul or Sharjah
