Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an IAM consultant to collaborate with clients in Riyadh to design and implement Identity Governance and Administration solutions. You will gather requirements, build policies, and help deploy IAM platforms to meet security and compliance needs.

You will work with cross-functional teams, advise on features, and provide training and support to client teams while aligning IAM strategies with business goals in a fast-paced, global services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Familiarity with multiple IAM systems and directories
• Proven consulting exposure and strong client-facing skills
• Understanding of RBAC and role engineering
• Knowledge of MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365 configurations

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for IAM solutions.
• Build policies, processes and frameworks for IAM.
• Assess current IAM processes, systems and controls for improvements.
• Develop IAM strategies, architectures and implementation plans.
• Define technical and business requirements for IAM solutions.
• Advise on new IAM features tailored to environments.
• Link IAM teams with business stakeholders and roadmap.
• Deploy, roll out and transition new IAM features.
• Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms.
• Develop access control policies, roles and entitlements.
• Provide guidance on lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with security, IT, and compliance to integrate IGA solutions.
• Provide training and support to client teams.
• Interact with vendors on IAM contracts.
• Prepare updates/reports to management.
