Job summary
Worley is seeking an experienced Associate Hydrologist to join our Water Solutions team in the EMEA region. This senior role combines technical leadership, project delivery and client engagement across hydrology and water management projects.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of our water services portfolio, across energy transition, industrial water, hydrogen, renewables and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hydrology, Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing commercial performance.
- Strong client engagement and ability to develop business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Mentor and develop technical professionals with a proactive safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee hydrology, flood risk and drainage studies.
- Provide technical direction on water resources and climate resilience.
- Review modelling outputs and assure quality for major deliverables.
- Support project governance, contracts and commercial performance.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to proposals and scopes.
