Job summary

TECNIA GmbH in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Production Engineer to lead daily production activities for precast products. You will plan, organize, and supervise operations, monitor processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to boost efficiency, safety, and quality.

You will collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams, prepare production reports, and support new technologies while aligning output with customer requirements and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Production Engineering, including manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
Analytical skills to interpret production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
Experience with Production Planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources on the shop floor.
Knowledge of Quality Control principles, standards, and inspection methods within manufacturing.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with precast products, reinforcement systems, or construction-related manufacturing is an advantage.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office, basic CAD or production planning software).
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of self-organization.
Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to German and local industry standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for pre-engineered accessories and related precast products to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams; prepare production reports.
Support the implementation of new technologies and procedures.
Maintain close communication with management and technical support teams to align output with customer requirements and delivery timelines.
