Job summary

The Cigna Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Claims Processing Assistant to support daily workflow, organizing and tracking claims to meet turnaround times.

You will handle claims from members and providers, respond to inquiries, and work with internal teams to maximize first-time resolution. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar administrative/claims support role.
• Experience with an international company is preferred but not required.
• Experience in claims or insurance is preferred but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines.
• Comfort working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive claim batches from providers and members and log for tracking.
• File and scan hard-copy claims for processing.
• Plan operations; create processing schedules for the team.
• Assemble processing batches and assign to team members.
• Update claim status in systems and trackers.
• Contact providers and members to obtain missing information.
• Resolve inbound queries to achieve high first-time resolution.
• Provide regular claims status reporting.
