Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of SME clients in the GCC from their Riyadh region. You will renew agreements, resolve complex issues, and educate clients on plan design and renewal options while coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.

You will build strong relationships with brokers and clients, conduct strategic quarterly meetings, and drive retention and growth with a focus on service excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Pro-actively manage and renew SME portfolio.

• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy.
