Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Building Management System Technician responsible for monitoring and maintaining BMS and HVAC systems in busy commercial buildings and warehouses in Riyadh. You will work under the Project Manager or Control Engineer, resolving technical problems and supporting maintenance activities.

You should have knowledge of AC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm systems, and be able to read BMS drawings, coordinate with MEP staff and third parties, and ensure safety regulations are

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of AC, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm systems.
• Experience with BMS panel and field device termination.
• Experience in BMS testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate with MEP staff and third parties for maintenance.
• Able to read BMS drawings for pipes, duct, containment and other MEP installations.
• Conduct site verification as required.
• Suggest improvements to system, methods and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to local safety regulations.
