Job summary

TECNIMONT in Jubail, KSA, seeks an experienced Commissioning Engineer for Machinery & Packages. You will develop detailed commissioning procedures and supervise the functional checks in line with QA/QC requirements while adhering to health, environment, and safety regulations.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, closing punch lists, recording activities in logbooks, and producing handover certificates.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in engineering.
• 8 years of field experience in oil & gas/EPC projects.
• Experience working on the contractor side.
• Extensive HVAC commissioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed commissioning procedures for machinery and packages.
• Prepare and close Commissioning punch lists.
• Supervise and coordinate vendors’ specialists.
• Ensure activities follow procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain logbooks and records of all activities.
• Produce and handover certificates to QA/QC.
