Job summary

Aluminum International Co. (ALINCO) is seeking a Sales Engineer for HVAC air filters to grow the business in the Eastern Region. You will drive sales, present technical solutions, and visit customer sites to capture opportunities.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, 2–5 years in HVAC sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel within the Kingdom and abroad is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in HVAC, air filtration, or related technical products.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, air filtration standards, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Kingdom and abroad when required.
• Arabic and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC air filters across the Eastern Region.
• Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing clients across key sectors.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to understand customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
