Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is mandatory.
• 1–5 years of experience in HVAC aftermarket sales, service sales, or maintenance contract sales.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting basics.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through maintenance contracts, retrofits, and spare parts.
• Identify opportunities and deliver technical/commercial proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service scope with customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Coordinate with service teams for accurate technical assessments and proper execution of maintenance contracts.
• Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities.
