Job summary

Tenaris Saudi Steel Pipes invites fresh graduates to join our Tamheer HR Trainee program in a dynamic, international setting. You will gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, and Organizational Development.

You will support the HR team in day-to-day activities, participate in projects across HR functions, and develop analytical and communication skills while learning best practices in HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Engineering, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable working with data and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Support HR reports, employee data, and workforce information for management.
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel information with confidentiality.

• Assist Talent Acquisition during recruitment and selection activities.
• Support organizational structures and position management per guidelines.
• Contribute to HR budget preparation and monitoring.
• Review job titles and position classifications for alignment with guidelines.

What You Will Learn & Contribute

As an HR Tamheer Trainee, you will support the HR team in day-to-day activities and participate in projects across different HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of HR reports, employee data, and workforce information for management.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and personnel information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Gathering and organizing information related to employees' training, skills, compensation, promotions, and career history.
• Supporting the HR team in analyzing information and identifying insights to assist with HR-related decisions.
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team throughout recruitment and selection activities.
• Supporting activities related to organizational structures and position management in line with corporate guidelines.
• Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of the HR budget by providing relevant information and analysis.
• Supporting the review of job titles and position classifications to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines.
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives while gaining exposure to HR processes, systems, and best practices.
