Amazon Inc. seeks a Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery to oversee a team of ADEs responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners in the Hub Delivery program. You will coach, guide, and drive activation and performance targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The role blends field execution with strategic vision, enabling the team to achieve high delivery quality and scalable program growth. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 1+ years in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs to ensure consistent execution of the Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
• Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Provide field insights to improve program design and partner experience.
