Job summary

Thehseleader in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to drive health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives across operations. You will shape policy, supervise risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and champion continuous improvement.

Your leadership (7–10 years) and a strong environmental/safety background will help build a culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainable practices within stadium and large-venue settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in HSSE management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Certification in HSSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of HSSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance with local and international safety, security, and environmental standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Deliver HSSE training and awareness programs to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSSE considerations into operational planning and execution.
• Manage environmental protection initiatives, including waste management and pollution control programs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Track and analyze HSSE performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for management review.
• 1Serve as the primary liaison for external audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries related to HSSE.

Requirements
