Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an HSE Specialist to drive a strong safety culture across facility operations in Saudi Arabia. You will lead 5S improvements, incident reporting, safety training coordination, and ensure full compliance with local Saudi Arabian HSE laws and Flowserve standards.

You will manage environmental, health and safety activities, conduct investigations focusing on root cause, and coordinate safety training for all employees.

Qualifications

• BS/BA graduate or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate in OHS.
• Detailed knowledge of Saudi health, safety and environmental legislation.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• MHRSD Kawader certificate

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of housekeeping and implement 5S audits quarterly.
• Conduct daily safety walk-throughs and report findings in SPHERA.
• Review local standards and escalate to management.
• Lead monthly HSE committee and weekly toolbox meetings.
• Report near misses, first aid, losses, environmental incidents to SPHERA and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training for all employees and maintain records of injuries/illnesses.
• Co-chair Joint Health & Safety Committee and ensure audit compliance.
• Conduct monthly safety audits and develop continuous improvement actions.
• Coordinate emergency evacuation procedures and drills.
• Ensure all environmental reports are submitted accurately and on time.
