Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Lead risk assessments and safety audits, providing guidance on best practices to enhance workplace safety.
  • Conduct HSE training programs for employees and management, ensuring awareness of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Monitor compliance and performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
  • Stay updated on evolving HSE regulations and industry trends to maintain compliance and enhance safety practices.
  • Manage and lead incident investigations, analyzing data to prevent future occurrences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in HSE within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing HSE programs and leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
