AtkinsRéalis Group seeks an experienced HSEW Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environment, and Wellbeing across remote projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will develop and implement HSEW plans, ensure regulatory and international compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all project phases.

You will lead teams, manage contractors, and integrate HSEW into project planning while promoting a strong safety culture and robust reporting. A degree in H&S with NEBOSH/IOSH is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HSE experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in high-end luxury hospitality and residential projects in KSA is mandatory.
• Strong background in construction, infrastructure or mega-project environments.
• In-depth knowledge of KSA HSE regulations, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, and best practices.
• Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred.

### **Job Description**## Overview## AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HSEW Manager to lead and oversee Health, Safety, Environment, and Wellbeing (HSEW) functions for remote projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
